Comments: 23:58TOI, 0-0-0pts, +1 Smaller skilled forward with good speed and puck skills. The Soo have a few players that fit this description and they all play fast and skilled. Quinn was on the ice for the push at the end of the game when the Soo was trying to tie the game. He is a shifty skilled forward who darts in and out of plays to create and attack.

Comments: 28:50 TOI, 0-1-1pts Smooth skating, puck moving defenseman. He has good size but his offense is the standout. He rushed the puck and used his feet to escape pressure and get out of the zone. Multiple rushes where he carried the puck into the zone and circled behind the net looking to make a play. Very comfortable with the puck on his stick and was looking to make plays and get shots on goal. In his own zone, he was very competent. He used that skill to make some good plays on retrievals using his partner or finding the forwards on the breakouts. Fun player to watch.

Comments: 23:30 TOI, 1-0-1pts., 4 SOG Played big minutes in this game. Good size winger who plays hard and gets to the net. His goal was a net front battle where he spun off his check to get open and buried the rebound.

Comments: 34/36 .944 SV% Multiple highlight reel saves. He had a backdoor highlight reel glove save in the first period that showed the skill set he possesses and another odd man rush save in the 2nd period that was equally as impressive. This is a goalie that looked to have a high level of confidence in his game. His hands were very good and his glove had looked quick and he used his glove to control the play well. Very impressed with his feet and quickness. His post work (in and out of the RVH and post entries) was very good. His stance and net presence is very good. His feet are under his shoulder and his hands are calm and controlled.

Comments: 22:53 TOI, 1-0-1pts, +2, 2 SOG Very nice skater. Smooth and effortless getting around the ice. His goal was a summary of what he can do on a shift. He used his skating ability to defend a rush and break up the play in the D-Zone and then joined the counter attack getting all the way up the ice to score as the trailer entering the zone. Great play!. He had a good shot block late in the game and looked comfortable with the physicality too. Nice player.

Comments: 18:57 TOI, 1-0-1 pts. Centered the 2nd line for Sudbury and scored a pretty tic-tac-toe goal on a zone entry play. He was also a major contributor when the Wolves were short handed and defending the lead late in the game. He and Henderson were the primary PK forwards and used their speed to keep the Soo off the board as they pushed to tie the game late.

Comments: 16:54TOI, 0-2-2pts, +1, 3 scoring chances Big powerful winger that showed some good skill and vision. His line was buzzing in this game and creating some good chances. He was front and center on some really nice OZ plays throughout this game. He had a no-look contested backhand pass from the half wall to the slot for a goal that ended up getting disallowed but the play was nice. He was part of a tic-tac-toe 4 pass goal that was pretty to watch. He skated the puck into the zone on a few occasions and got the puck below the top of the circles and used his size and strength well down low and in the corners.

Comments: 1-1-2pts +3, 8 SOG, 5 scoring chances. One of the more noticable players on the ice not only because of his size. The first thing that stands out is his size but he also skates very well and effortlessly and he has a very high skill level for a big winger. He was a focal point for the Sudbury offense and had the puck on his stick creating offense a lot. Showed good poise when the puck was on his stick and had high end stick handling and puck possession skills. He also showed the ability to create takeaways with his length and reach.

Comments: 19:42 TOI, 2:45 short handed. 0-1-1pts, Even. What stood out the most is his speed. He can fly. His line was buzzing and he was part of a beautiful tic-tac-toe passing play to score a goal. At the end of the game, Sudbury was shorthanded and defending a lead. Rowan was a key PK guy and helped to hold off the Soo and get the win. He almost scored on the empty net and then crashed into it as he tried to seal the game.

Comments: 22:24 TOI, 1-2-3pts. Centered the top line for the Wolves. Played big minutes and was a big factor in this game. Him and Walton played off each other well and it showed on his goal. Walton entered the zone and hit Villeneuve with a drop pass as he entered the zone. He cut to the middle and ripped it from the high slot for his goal. He is the Captain of the team and looks like a veteran jr. player.

Comments: 0-1-1pts. 23:49 TOI. Has a nice mix of skill and grit. He has the ability to make plays and move the puck but also be physical in the corners and net front and get under the other teams skin. He gave some Drew Doughty vibes due his his abilities at both ends of the ice. Not the biggest player but played big, tough and fast.
