Neutral Zone was in attendance for the Minnesota High-Performance Final 54's in Plymouth, Minnesota, from April 26-28. The following are reports on all 54 U17 players that participated in the event. These players are considered among the elite in this age group in Minnesota, and these teams were made based on their performance at the High-Performance Spring Festival.
