Located in Regina, Saskatchewan, Mitch Topinka serves as a regional scout for the southern part of his home province. Originally from Whitewood, Saskatchewan, Topinka brings six years of Junior A coaching experience and eight years of Junior A scouting experience to Neutral Zone. The head skills instructor at Western Prospects Development, Topinka lives in Regina with his wife, son, and two dogs.
