A strong USHL matchup in Des Moines, Iowa between two playoff bound teams in Des Moines and Dubuque. Des Moines came out and took a 2-0 lead in the first 24 minutes of the game. Then Dubuque scored 2 goals in 23 seconds in the 2nd period to catch the Buccaneers off guard. Both teams went 0-8 on the power play combined as they couldn’t capitalize on the odd man advantage.
