Neutral Zone had scouts in attendance at the Mini Chowder Cup July 28-30 in the Boston area. This report is mostly on 2003 Division players with some notables from the 2004 Division. Hockey Essentials White won the 2003 event over Team Quebec. Jeremy Wilmer was named MVP.
