Neutral Zone is pleased to announce a list the top 600 NCAA eligible '97 prospects in North America, which is the culmination of a rigorous evaluation process. Each player was first identified and scouted by their local area scout. The players were then cross-referenced by the regional scout and assigned a star rating by our national scouting directors. Finally, the players were ranked comparatively from 1-600. The list was revised, adjusted and edited 15 times to ensure the highest level of accuracy.
