After a scoreless first period, the Flying Aces got things going in the second period, specifically Sebastian Dirven, helped his team to a 2-0 lead. Just when you thought they were going to cruise to a nice Saturday night home victory, the Saints clawed their way back, and Matias Maccelli’s deflection sent the game to overtime and was eventually won in a shootout by the Flying Aces.
