The Oakville Blades were on the road Thursday night January 24th, 2018 in Stoufville and skated to an 8-3 win and continued rolling through the OJHL. The Blades were in control for most of the night even though Connor May factored into two quick shorthanded goals for the Spirit to cut the Blades lead to 4-3 late in the second period. The third period was all Oakville scoring three times and taking an 8-3 win. This report is strictly from this game only.
