Neutral Zone has released the Top 500 NCAA Eligible Prospects for 2019. Every player below has been evaluated by at least two scouts; area/regional scout and a national scout, and been compared to the very best players in North America at this age group. Players who are NOT eligible for this list include anyone who has played professional hockey, CHL or is a direct transfer without playing junior hockey in between. We have also included there mid-term ranking in January to give an idea of where we saw these players at that time and how they progressed throughout . . .
