Neutral Zone sent scouts to Calgary, Alberta to watch the WHL Cup which features the top U16 prospects in all four Western Canadian provinces: Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia and Manitoba. We took the top 10 players from each province and wrote an evaluation and grade based solely on their performance at this event. Most of these prospects are well on their way to WHL careers.
