Unlike other parts of Ontario, Ottawa doesn't separate minor midget and major midget; they have one league and it's U18. This has been both a success and a struggle; the OHL Draft prospects are better prepared having played against bigger, faster and older competition but it's also harder for them to stand out and get top line minutes.
