Neutral Zone was in attendance for the Eastern Exposure Cup earlier this month in Pennsylvania where several of the top bantam teams in the United States met to play. The tournament was run by Matt Miles and the Eastern Exposure Group and there was a lot of talent on display from coast to coast. Our scouts broke down the top standouts from the weekend having seen each team play at least 2 games most 3 or 4 and below are our evaluations of their performances.
