
Hockey season at the high school level is officially back as the MIAA opened its season on Christmas Eve at the Canton Sportsplex with Archbishop Williams taking on Weymouth. Things look different this season as you can imagine: minimal crowds, smaller rosters and socially distanced line changes. Every rink has its own guidelines and every conference is playing a vastly different schedule than ever before. Most teams are getting in a maximum of 15 games with a short season of 8-9 weeks soon to come. With all of that said, it’s great to see MIAA hockey back . . .
