Neutral zone evaluated a game between the Fargo Force and Waterloo Blackhawks on Thursday, January 7th. The first period was fairly even between the two teams, as both teams were playing aggressively and forcing turnovers that led to a number of transition opportunities for both the Force and the Black Hawks. Fargo was first on the board when an aggressive forecheck forced an errant pass into the slot where a Force forward jumped on it and fired it past Waterloo’s goalie. This became the story of the night as Fargo’s forecheck was buzzing right from the start . . .
