Neutral Zone evaluated a game in which the Waterloo Black Hawks played host to the Dubuque Fighting Saints in regular season USHL action on Tuesday, January 26th. Waterloo came out strong to start the game, scoring five minutes into the opening period. The Fighting Saints responded, changing the momentum and putting the Black Hawks on their heels. Dubuque would control the play, finally capitalizing on a chance with about four minutes left in the period. The Fighting Saints continued their attack and added another goal with thirty seconds left in the period to grab a 2-1 advantage heading . . .
