The BCHL, the highest rated Junior A league in Canada was limited to pre-season hockey before being shut down. We have compiled the top 70 NCAA Eligible prospects in the league this year who were born in 2000l. While they haven't played any regular season games our scouts were diligent in the pre-season and we have weighted these rankings heavily on the 2019-2020 season as well.
