The CCHL, one of the Canada's leading Junior A leagues in the CJHL, had a pre-season development league where our scouts covered extensively but then the season was put on delay for COVID. We have leaned heavily on the 2019-2020 season as well as prior years as we have scouted most of these prospects since they were Bantams and Minor Midgets.
The #1 player ranked is David Gagnon who is actually currently playing in the MJAHL but he played with Carlelton Place last season and will likely return when/if the CCHL resumes play . . .
