The USPHL Premier is a Tier 3 junior hockey league located throughout the United States and with COVID this year has still been able to play games. These rankings are mostly reflective of this seasons games but we also put into consideration prior years performance to a lesser degree.
We have ranked the top 20 prospects in the USPHL who are NCAA Eligible and born in 2000.
