The NCDC is an independent junior league primarily in Northeastern US which has been able to conduct their season by moving it to Tampa Bay, FL and using a bubble system similar to the NHL playoffs this past year. We have had scouts both in Tampa as well as watching on video to find the best propsects in the 2000 birth year. Some of these players have already played college hockey but their schools closed down the hockey program this season due to COVID so they joined the NCDC.
