Introduction: Neutral Zone was able to watch this game live on HockeyTV. It was a low-scoring game with limited chances at both ends of the ice. Nanaimo was able to get an early one in the third period and add another midway through. They would hold on to beat the Capitals 2-0 the final score thanks to a big performance from goaltender Jordan Naylor.
