Neutral Zone scouts have scoured North America this season to cover every junior league that was playing including pre-season and scrimmages. Given the impacts of COVID-19 some prominant leagues like OJHL, CCHL, BCHL, AJHL, etc. have played little hockey which was a hurdle for our scouting staff but we did the best we could to use our analysis and evaluations from the 2019-2020 season and the got eyes on all the games they played this season.
