
Neutral Zone was in attendance to watch Finland take on Germany in round-robin action at the U18 World Championships in Frisco, Texas. This game was one-sided from the drop of the puck and virtually over before ten minutes had elapsed in the first period. Immediately, Finland was all over Germany, using their skill and speed to stomp on any hope the Germans had coming into this game. The Finnish team scored four goals by the halfway mark in the opening frame and would go on to add another, taking a 5-0 lead heading into the second . . .
