Neutral Zone scouts have been all over the United States this year scouting this birth year for the USHL, OHL and QMJHL Drafts. Our list started with 2,000 players we have scouted from the birth year throughout the past two seasons; we then took all the players who had not played due to COVID this year (mostly the Canadians) out of the list because it wouldn't be fair to grade players we hadn't seen live this year. Then we trimmed the list from 1300 to 600 to 400 and eventually down to 250.
