In our second round of National Rankings we focus on the 2002 birth year prospect who are not yet in NCAA and not signed in CHL. Our scouting staff covered all of North America attending each junior league tournament, often with multiple scouts. These rankings are the mid-term rankings and will be updated at the end of the season.
