Neutral Zone scouts have compiled league rankings from Junior A and Tier I and II junior leagues throughout US/CAN as well as Academy hockey including prep, high school and U18 academy teams. These league rankings are in additional to our NZ Top 300 which was posted earlier in the week and breaks down each league and the top players in the 2003 age group.
