Neutral Zone Scouting scouted the BCHL game between the Surrey Eagles and the Chilliwack Chiefs. A divisional rival saw two teams go head-to-head in an excellent matchup that couldn’t be solved in regulation or OT. Surrey had the finish Chilliwack didn’t in the shootout, giving them the extra point, winning by the score of 3-2.
