
January 2nd, Neutral Zone caught the OJHL match up between the Aurora Tigers vs Brantford 99ers. Brantford, having played two games more (31) than Aurora (29) were hosting and behind by two points total in the league standings. Aurora is one of the hottest teams in the league since the beginning of November winning 12 of 16 with one OT loss.
The game was fairly even in the penalty totals as Brantford took eight minors vs six minors for Aurora. Each team traded short handed goals (1 each team) and Aurora scored the only power play goal . . .
