Neutral Zone Scouting attended the USHL game between the Cedar Rapids Roughriders and the Madison Capitols. A game that the Roughriders just couldn’t hold onto the lead. A high scoring affair saw two teams capitalize on their chances as they combined for a total of 9 goals. Despite going 2/5 on the power play, the Roughriders couldn’t hold onto their lead as the game was decided by a 5-4 victory in favor of the Capitols.
