The 2022 USA Hockey 18U Nationals was hosted in Rochester, Michigan at the Suburban Ice Complexes. Sixteen teams from across the country competed in a round robin to determine the playoff positioning for the final three days. In the end, it was the Mount Saint Charles Academy Rhode Island Saints coming out on top over a resilient St. Louis Blues AAA team. There were standouts at all positions and some jaw-dropping performances by a few players in the tournaments.
