The Ontario Hockey Federation Program of Excellence Oshawa Camp is an identification camp for 2007 birth year players. All participating players are eligible for the 2023 OHL draft. This is one of several Program of Excellence camps taking place across Ontario, identifying the players under consideration to represent the province at the 2023 Canada Winter Games taking place on Prince Edward Island. Neutral Zone had two scouts present on June 4th, 2022 at Tribute Communities Centre, home of the OHL’s Oshawa Generals.
