Neutral Zone had one of our Western NY scouts attend a USHL two contests between Green Bay Gamblers and Youngstown Phantoms in Rochester, NY as part of the American Cup on December 1-2. Game one, Youngstown won with a 3-0 final. Youngstown also took the shootout win in game two with a 5-4 Final.
