Neutral Zone had three scouts in attendance for the Atlantic Championships that ran from March 30th to April 2nd, 2023. Below are their notes on 26 standout players from the event. Each player is only evaluated based on their performances in this event and not on any prior showings. Some players at the event are reported on by two different scouts which will be reflected with two separate player entries. Players did well to make this report.
