
The Neutral Zone Eastern Canada staff began its focus on the 2023 QMJHL draft prospects back in the summer as scouts attended the various provincial high performance camps. A unique season, with the insertion of Canada Winter Games, provided some extra opportunities to get eyes on the players who would be vying for positions with their respective provincial teams.
The Eastern Canada Scouting staff included four people in Quebec, identifying, monitoring and evaluating prospects the m18 AAA league, as well as, the m17 league and prep schools. An additional 5 scouts followed . . .
