Neutral Zone scouts were in attendance for the USA Hockey National Player Development Camp for Select 17s in Amherst, NY. The team compiled scouting reports on every prospect in the tournament associated with a grade, updated height and weight information and star ratings. These players are the top 213 prospects in the country (minus NTDP) and were selected out of their regional development camps.
