Neutral Zone scouts were in attendance for five Espoir games in the month of September and have compiled reports and evaluations on 28 players. The games were the following: Saguenay Lac St-Jean @ Quebec AS, Albatros @ Pointe-Levy, Saguenay Lac St-Jean @ Blizzard, Beauce-Appalaches @ Pointe-Levy and Saguenay Lac St-Jean @ Pointe-Levy. Each player has been graded based on their performance in that game alone; the grade does not represent the player's overall ability or long-term upside.
