Neutral Zone scouts have been in attendance for all the fall junior showcases as well as U18, Minnesota Elite League and New England split season to compile a ranking of the top 300 2005's in North America who are NCAA-Eligible. The list does not include players currently in NCAA, CHL or USport. Each player in this ranking has been evaluated by a regional/league scout as well as a cross-over scout as well as a scouting director to ensure the highest level of accuracy.
