Neutral Zone had scouts in attendance for three Quebec U15 games at the end of October. The games we were able to see were: Montreal Nationals U15 @ College Francais Rive-Sud U15 on October 22nd, Maurice Estacades U15 @ Pointe-Levy Corsaires U15 on October 28th, and Est-du-Quebec Albatros U15 @ Quebec Blizzard U15 on October 29th. Players are sorted by team and last name. Evaluations are based on the given viewing, and are not reflective of prior performances.
