Neutral Zone was in attendance at the second RSEQ Defi event for the M18 D1 level. The tournament took place from December 7-10 in Boucherville, Quebec. Many of the players in this report are eligible to be drafted to the QMJHL in 2024. Each player below has been given a grade based solely on their performance in this event.
