Neutral Zone had scouts in attendance for multiple OMHA 15's games from December 16th 2023-January 9th 2024, where we were able to see and evaluate 21 standout players. The games in question were; Kingston @ South Tier on December 16th, Burlington Eagles @ Guelph on December 21st, Toronto Marlboros @ LA Jr Kings 14U on December 27th, Brantford @ Burlington Eagles on December 28th, Burlington Eagles @ Credit River on January 6th, and finally Burlington Eagles @ Niagara North on January 9th. All players are sorted by team, and all evaluations are based solely on the viewings we had of these players.
