Neutral Zone attended the 2024 East Coast Ice Jam in Bedford, Nova Scotia, from January 10 to 14. Our scouts primarily focused on 2008-born players who are eligible for this year's QMJHL Draft but also highlighted undrafted 2006 and 2007-born players. This was a well-run and efficient tournament where the Steele Subaru U18s would beat the Valley Wildcats in the finals to skate away with the U18 championship. Each player below has been given a grade based solely on their performance at this event.
