Neutral Zone was in attendance at the Alberta Cup, which took place from April 25 to 28 in Red Deer, AB. 2009 born-players from the province were selected to compete in this event after participating in regional tryouts earlier this season. The 120 players were divided into 6 equal teams of 20 and played in 5 games each. On the final day, teams were ranked by record, and Blue won the championship. 80 players were selected to take part in the Top 80 Camp in July, and from there, a final roster will be selected to play for . . .
