Neutral Zone attended the MN HP 15 Festival at the Plymouth Ice Center in Plymouth, Minnesota, from April 26th to April 28th. Our objective was to conduct a final assessment of the Minnesota 2009s ahead of the upcoming WHL US Draft. The event featured 12 teams, and we had the opportunity to watch each team play at least twice. The gameplay was fast-paced and open, with numerous standout performances and competitive matchups.
