Neutral Zone had two scouts attend the Elite Prospects Cup Series in Rochester, NY, which took place from October 4-6. Our primary focus was on the 15O Division, but we have also included standouts from the 16U and 18U divisions. The next edition of the EP Cup Series will be held in Coral Springs, FL, from December 6-8. Each player has been graded based solely on their performance at this event.
