Neutral Zone scouts have compiled the final rankings for the OHL Draft Top 300 Canadian players including another 100+ honorable mentions who are also on OHL teams radar heading into the draft. This list was produced by Ontario Director Paul O'Hagan, a former Memorial Cup Champion for Oshawa Generals and a team of over 12 scouts across Ontario and the United States. These scouts have been in attendance for all the major tournaments, all-star games and playoffs as well as OHL Cup to close out the season.
