Neutral Zone scouting staff from across the United States and Canada have compiled the 2025 USHL Phase 1 Draft Rankings Top 350. These are made up of both US players as well as Canadian players who played in the United States, ranked regardless of commitments to the US NTDP or tenders to the league. We do not include Canadian players playing in Canada because those players will be represented in our CHL Draft Rankings for their given league.
