Neutral Zone had two scouts in attendance at the Minnesota High Performance CCM 14U Spring Festival in Duluth, which brought together the top district teams for a weekend of intense competition at Mars Lakeview Arena. After two seeding games, Districts 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15, and 16 were ranked into three brackets, with Districts 2, 5, 6, and 16 earning the top seeds. Each district played three games—one each on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Below are individual player reports and grades based solely on their performance.
