Neutral Zone scouts were in attendance for the Select 17 USA Hockey Player Development Camps in Amherst, NY, from start to finish. These camps featured the best prospects in the 2008 birth year from across the United States (excluding NTDP players), and the regional teams played competitive games for a true playoff.
