Neutral Zone scouted the Chicago Steel Icebreaker U14's held in Chicago, Illinois, from September 5th to September 7th. The Madison Capitols dominated their way to take the crown, going 5-0, defeating Team Illinois in the final and finishing with a +23 goal differential.
