Neutral Zone is pleased to release the WHL Draft Midterm Rankings Top 300 Canadian prospects as well as other considerations. The Western Canadian team has scouts in each province and covered all the major tournaments from Rocky Mountain, Canadian Crown, John Reid, CSSHL events, Red Deer, etc. The staff has compiled scouting reports and updated the list over the course of the fall and winter and finalized it after John Reid Memorial.
