Neutral Zone has released the Minnesota High School Players ranking list by birth year. The list is a compilation from scouts across the State of MN who have attended numerous HS games, Holiday Tournaments, pre-season events, and video scouting throughout the year. These players are broken out by birth year (07, 08, 09, 10s), and the star ratings reflect where their game is today, not an indictment of their long-term upside.
